Studio Personal Training
If you want the personal nature of in-home training but prefer a studio, schedule a studio session with me. This one-on-one session will provide the privacy you are looking for with the advantages of additional equipment and the motivation of having to leave your home.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching is more than just about food, it’s about building a healthy relationship with your body and finding a plan that works for you. After all, one size does not fit all! I will work with you to develop a nutrition plan that you feel confident implementing in your everyday life.
What to Expect
​Nutrition coaching starts with a one-hour in-person or virtual session to thoroughly explore your goals, current situation, and past experiences. Together, we develop your personalized nutrition plan. Weekly check-ins via phone, text, email, or Zoom provide ongoing support and adjustments. At the end of each month, we have another one-hour session to review progress and refine your plan, ensuring continuous monitoring and support to help you reach your nutrition goals.
