In-home coaching and personal training bring the workout directly to you, ensuring convenience, accessibility, and an enjoyable fitness experience! Whether you're at home, the office, an apartment, or even at the beach, I'll be there, equipped with all the necessary gear to get you moving and achieve your fitness goals!

Individual Personal Training Service is all about you. When you train with me,  it's a personalized experience focused entirely on your health and wellness  journey.

 Studio Personal Training

If you want the personal nature of in-home training but prefer a studio, schedule a studio session with me. This one-on-one session will provide the privacy you are looking for with the advantages of additional equipment and the motivation of having to leave your home.

Nutrition coaching is about more than just food—it’s about reconnecting with your body, honoring what it needs, and creating a sustainable approach to eating that supports your energy, mood, and long-term well-being.
This isn’t about restriction or rules. It’s about building a flexible, real-life plan that helps you nourish your body in a way that feels good and makes sense for your life.

What to Expect

​We begin with a one-hour session (in person or virtual) to dive into your goals, your current habits, and your past experiences with food. From there, we’ll co-create a personalized plan centered on whole, nourishing foods and supporting your body’s natural rhythm and function.

 

Ongoing support includes:

  • Weekly check-ins by phone, text, email, or Zoom for continued guidance and encouragement

  • Monthly one-hour sessions to reflect, adjust, and keep moving forward with clarity and confidence

This program offers personalized guidance on all aspects of healthy living, including  tailored movement plans, nutritional advice, and strategies for improved sleep and stress management. The focus on recovery ensures a well-rounded approach and, promotes long-term vitality. This opportunity for collaborative coaching helps empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals and cultivate holistic health at all stages of life.
